  • Do I need an appointment to visit?

    No, everyone is welcome to visit, touch and try every design in the showroom during opening hours. Our current opening times can be viewed on our homepage, here.

  • Are the products for sale or just for display?

    Everything you see in the showroom is for sale and we have a helpful, friendly team on hand to help answer any questions, create quotes or take payment so that you can leave with your favourite designs.

  • Can you deliver items that I buy in store?

    Yes, of course. We can arrange delivery to anywhere in the UK but you’re also very welcome to take your purchase with you should you wish.

  • Can you put something on hold for me?

    We’re happy to put items but ask for a small deposit. One of our showroom staff will be able to organise this with you.

  • If I see a product but wish to purchase/order it in a different colour/finish/variation, can I do that in the showroom?

    Yes, one of our team will be happy to assist you. You can place orders for any item/finish found on our website (or in the supplier’s catalogue should we not have it online).
